We’ve been badgering the regulators for 6 years, and finally, last year, through collaborative work with regulators, we managed to trim that down to six pages. It is a significant improvement, but let’s be honest, six pages of fine print is still an intimidating hurdle for the average family.

Across the entire Illinois community solar industry, there were only six regulatory complaints in 2024. That is six complaints out of tens of thousands of active subscribers.
